OVERVIEW

The Standard Motor Products (SMP) PC880 is a direct-replacement camshaft position sensor for the exhaust right position on the FA20 engine in the 2013-2020 Toyota 86, Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ. The FA20 uses four camshaft sensors, and the exhaust right position takes a different sensor than the other three. The engine computer relies on this sensor for ignition timing, fuel injection and variable valve timing, so a failing sensor can cause a check engine light, hard starting, stalling or rough running. SMP has made OE-quality engine management parts since 1919. The PC880 directly replaces the genuine Toyota SU003-00413 and Subaru 22056AA210.

FEATURES

• Exhaust Right Position – Correct sensor for the one FA20 camshaft position that uses this style.
• Direct OE Replacement – Crosses to Toyota SU003-00413 and Subaru 22056AA210.
• Accurate Timing – Magnetic circuit programming and performance testing calibrate the sensor to the target wheel.
• Tested for Durability – End-of-line checks for timing, pulse width and signal amplitude, plus vibration and temperature testing.
• Plug-In Fit – Factory-style connector for a direct swap.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• (1) SMP PC880 Camshaft Position Sensor

Each FA20 engine uses 1 of this sensor (exhaust right). The other three camshaft positions (intake right, intake left, exhaust left) use a different sensor, quantity 3, and the engine also has 1 crankshaft position sensor. Both are sold separately.
