We ship internationally! Prices do not include international customs or duty. If Fedex International Express is selected, international buyers often receive parts in as little as 3 days.
We cannot 100% accurately quote all shipping prices. In some cases (mostly international, HI, oversized, or heavier shipments) we may end up needing to collect additional shipping. If this is the case we will reach out through the email on your order.
DELIVERY TIMES shown at checkout are estimates only, and do not include processing time. Only express services offer guarantee delivery dates. Shipping time does not start until the shipping provider has picked up the package.
Orders over $300 USD will be shipped with additional insurance and Signature Required. If you wish to waive signature required, please leave that in the order notes at check out. Any lost or damaged packages with waived signature will only be eligible for the minimum insured value of $100.
We process in stock orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.
Express orders are processed within 2 business days, please reach out directly if you need same day or next day processing on an express order
FedEx Express orders can ship same day if items are in stock, order is placed before 1pm PST, and we are notified of the order when placed.
USPS Express orders will ship next day if items are in stock and we notified when order is placed.
If you need overnight service, you must reach out to us directly for same day processing.

In case of shipping damage: We cannot guarantee packages wont be damaged in transit. To get an order fully covered a claim must be approved by the shipping provider. If not approved we offer an order replacement with a greatly reduced price at our own discretion.
Battle Garage Racing Service packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping, however, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product. For all Freight orders, this must be noted on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier’s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer’s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as BGRS from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. Please document the product and box with at least 3 photos and email within 24 hours.
If a package arrives damaged, at a minimum we will need you to reach out to us within 24h of receiving your package with the following information
· Multiple Photos of the package condition. (Must show entire package in every photo)
· Its Inner Packaging with the damaged product on it
· Outer Packaging
· Damaged Product
· Barcode Label or the Serial Number
Each shipping service provider will have different requirements. Please visit the shipping providers website for their specific requirements. We may not be able to get reimbursement if not all requirements are met.

PAYPAL & SHOPPAY CANCELATION and ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST
PAYPAL and SHOPPAY Orders are subject to a 10% cancelation fee. In order to change an address for orders through Paypal or Shoppay, you must cancel the order which is subject to 10% cancelation fee. We will provide a 2-4% discount to be applied to a duplicate re-order going to the updated address good for 14 days after cancelation, on request. Discount must be applied BEFORE re-purchasing and cannot be applied retroactively.
