We ship internationally! Prices do not include international customs or duty. If Fedex International Express is selected, international buyers often receive parts in as little as 3 days.
We cannot 100% accurately quote all shipping prices. In some cases (mostly international, HI, oversized, or heavier shipments) we may end up needing to collect additional shipping. If this is the case we will reach out through the email on your order.
DELIVERY TIMES shown at checkout are estimates only, and do not include processing time. Only express services offer guarantee delivery dates. Shipping time does not start until the shipping provider has picked up the package.
Orders over $300 USD will be shipped with additional insurance and Signature Required. If you wish to waive signature required, please leave that in the order notes at check out. Any lost or damaged packages with waived signature will only be eligible for the minimum insured value of $100.
We process in stock orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.

We ship Tuesday through Friday.
We do combine shipping. Discounts are automatically taken on applicable items when multiple items are added to the shopping cart.
Orders over $300 will be shipped insured and requiring signature. Orders under $300 may be insured but will not require signature confirmation. If you wish to ship an order without signature that is over $300, please reach out when placing your order. Removing signature will also void any additional insurance over $100 on a shipment.
For international customers, import duties and taxes are NOT included. It is your responsibility to be aware of and pay any additional customs fees that may be required. Unfortunately we won't know each country's importation laws and rules.
PRODUCT STOCK STATUS
We use post scripts to update the buy button on product pages according to current inventory level. If you are using an ad block, please white list our website so you can see the most accurate product status.
ADD TO CART - These products are in stock. We try to keep inventory as accurate as possible however errors do happen. If an order is urgent please reach out for the most accurate inventory status.
PRE-ORDER - These products are typically stocked but we are out of stock at the moment. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed.
Drop Ship - These items ship from our supplier directly to customers. We do not always know the stocking status of drop shipped items. Please reach out if you want to confirm stock level before ordering.
Special Order - These items are not purchased until a customer order is placed. They are typically imported items, IE. JDM AF. Please allow for additional wait time for these to arrive to our warehouse to fulfill an order.
Special Order LLT - Long Lead Time items, these may take a few months or longer to get in. Often they have a long build process or have long periods between build cycles.
"IN STOCK" green bar indicator will display over items that we have active inventory off. This includes our own inventory and some of our suppliers inventory. If you see a green in stock bar under the product price, then that product is in stock with us or our supplier. No in stock bar indicates it may not be in stock. Please reach out if you see a product with an add to cart button but no in stock indicator.
Return Policy
Battle Garage accepts returns with up to a 10% re-stocking fee that is up to our discretion. We will gladly accept any returns within 90 days of purchase of any products that are unused. All returns must be new and unused in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Returns within a year of purchase which are new and unused in the original packaging outside of the 90 days are eligible for a return for store credit. We handle all returns on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to deny certain items, such as things that are abnormally large or heavy. All Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. Original shipping not included in return.
PAYPAL & SHOPPAY CANCELATION and ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST
PAYPAL and SHOPPAY Orders are subject to a 10% cancelation fee. In order to change an address for orders through Paypal or Shoppay, you must cancel the order which is subject to 10% cancelation fee. We will provide a 2-4% discount to be applied to a duplicate re-order going to the updated address good for 14 days after cancelation, on request. Discount must be applied BEFORE re-purchasing and cannot be applied retroactively.
When ordered is delivered, please examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, let us know within 7 days of delivery. All returns must have a valid tracking number to be accepted.
After receipt of goods, it will be inspected to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If we do not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs.
Warranty Policy
All items sold by us here at Battle Garage are warranted to be free of defects from the manufacturers material, and workmanship prior to installation. Any changes to the item, incorrect installation, or competition driving events (such as racing or drifting) will void our warranty. Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective product. We will handle all warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we will not cover any direct or indirect costs such as labor, or damages, arising from the use of our products or parts.
All of our parts, including race and competition parts are sold "as-is" with warranty claims being at the sole discretion of the manufacturer of the part. When purchasing race parts from us, the buyer accepts full risk as to the quality of the parts. Should such parts prove defective following their purchases, the buyer, and not the manufacturer or Battle Garage, assumes the entire cost of necessary servicing or repair.
