The Racer X Fabrication thermostatic oil adapter plate kit for the 2013+ Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ / Toyota GT86 is available as a standalone kit for drivers looking to custom-build their own oil cooler setup.

The adapter plate and spacer are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and utilize square profile o-rings to ensure a perfect, leak-free seal at the OEM oil filter housing location. Equipped with an internal 185°F thermostat, this unit allows engine oil to reach optimal operating temperatures before diverting flow through the cooler setup.
