OVERVIEW

The Racer X Fabrication master cylinder brace for the 2013-2020 Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ is engineered to eliminate firewall and master cylinder deflection during heavy braking. Under hard pedal pressure, the OEM master cylinder can flex as much as 1/16 of an inch, causing a soft pedal feel and inconsistent braking response.

By securing the master cylinder directly to the driver-side strut tower, this brace completely locks the cylinder in place. The result is immediate pedal firmness, superior driver feedback, and improved brake modulation under aggressive street or circuit driving conditions. Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for exceptional strength and light weight.
