Designed as an essential foundation for custom oil cooler setups, this sandwich plate installs between your engine block and the factory oil filter housing to redirect oil flow to an external core while protecting against overcooling during cold starts.

CNC-machined in the USA from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the adapter plate features an integrated 185°F internal thermostat. This allows your engine oil to rapidly reach normal operating temperature before opening to route fluid through an external cooler. Sealed with a custom square-profile O-ring for leak-free reliability, the kit includes a 3/4"-16 threaded center adapter stem that retains the factory oil filter thread size and filter position.
