Lower charge air temperatures and prevent heat soak in your 1.6L G16E-GTS engine with the Racer X Fabrication Performance Intercooler for the 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the restrictive factory core, this high-efficiency intercooler maintains maximum power output during hard driving, back-to-back pulls, and extended track sessions.

Built around a premium, high-density Garrett intercooler core, the assembly features end tanks precision CNC laser-cut from 5052 sheet aluminum and formed on a CNC press brake. The 6061-T6 turned inlet and outlet ports feature smooth internal transition radii and continuous hose-retention lips to maximize flow efficiency while preventing coupler blow-off under elevated boost levels. Real-world dyno and street testing demonstrated reductions in intake air temperatures averaging 20°F below stock, unlocking gains of 10–15 WHP and 10–15 lb-ft of torque across most of the powerband.
