The H&R Super Sport Springs are their mid-range lowering springs that will lower your 86, FR-S, or BRZ by 1.2 inches at the front, and 1.4 inches at the rear. The significant drop also results in a lower center of gravity. This helps to reduce body roll during cornering, improving cornering performance and resulting in an overall better handling feel.

Unlike most other mid-range lowering springs, the H&R Super Sport still has a progressive spring rate rather than a linear spring rate. This allows the car to remain comfortable under normal driving conditions, but the springs stiffen as the springs compress during hard driving. Making this the ideal choice for those who want to achieve an aggressive stance, but remain comfortable while driving.

Note a wheel alignment is recommended after installing the lowering springs, as the lowered ride height will result in camber changes (-0.75 camber for every inch dropped). You're unlikely to need a camber kit (typically 1.5-inch drop or more will start to need a camber kit), but a wheel alignment is still recommended. Note that lowering springs with an aggressive drop may shorten the life of the stock dampers.
