The Hawk Performance HP Plus lineup is a high-friction brake pad that will offer significant braking improvement over OEM ones. It has a great initial response and a wide operating temperature range making it far more resistant to fade than OEM brake pads.

The HP Plus lineup offers a modest improvement over the HPS (High-Performance Street) lineup. However, you may notice increased noise and more dust due to the nature of high-friction pads. Rotor wear may also be accelerated, so you may want to upgrade if you still have OEM rotors. The HPS will be more suitable for street use, but the HP Plus is the way to go if autocrossing often.
