Bushings will eventually wear down and you'll need to replace them. We're happy to offer you Energy Suspension's control arm bushings for your Toyota 86, Scion FR-S, and Subaru BRZ to help maintain optimum handling and comfort.

Energy Suspension makes their control arm bushings from polyurethane, which can withstand more stretch cycles than OEM rubber bushings. This simply means that it's more durable and has a longer service life. Additionally, polyurethane bushings are stiffer, which reduces chassis flex and offers a slight improvement in handling feel and performance. And they can maintain proper wheel alignment for a longer period.

However, due to their stiffer nature, polyurethane bushings can negatively impact ride comfort. And they're likely to make more noise while driving, especially going over bumps and rough roads. We believe the tradeoff is worth the benefits, but this is something to keep in mind for daily-driven 86, FR-S, and BRZ.
