OVERVIEW

The Elring 439550 Exhaust Valve Stem Seals control oil flow down the exhaust valve guides on the FA20 engine in the 2013-2020 Toyota 86, Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ. This set of 8 covers every exhaust valve on the engine. Elring is a German OE supplier. The seals are made from FKM fluoroelastomer for the higher heat on the exhaust side and directly replace the genuine Toyota SU003-00201 and Subaru 13211AA100. Worn exhaust stem seals cause blue smoke and oil consumption, and they should be replaced whenever the heads are off or the valves are serviced.
