Genuine Toyota Valve Spring Retainer.

These locks or "keepers" lock the valve stem with the retainer.  These can become worn over time so it's a good idea to have fresh locks installed when going over your engine head. 

These are priced each.  Each valve requires 2 of these so add 40x for a complete engine's worth!
